The Pointe Master Homeowner’s Association is managed by Wyoming Neighborhood Management, a locally owned management company, operated by Sammy Geyer.

The Pointe is a “master-planned” community with approximately 700 residential and commercial sites located on 300 acres in the northwest corner of Cheyenne. The master plan gives The Pointe a community feel, and its location allows for amenities unique to the Pointe and conveniences other HOA cannot offer. The HOA maintains nearly five miles of walking trails and city Greenways within The Pointe for those who want to exercise, walk the dog, or access the numerous parks within and adjacent to the community. The HOA maintains a private park (Gazebo Park) located in the center of the community where kids are free to partake in the playground or enjoy the 1.5 acres of open turf. Families can reserve the gazebo itself for private parties as well. 

The Pointe has recently created a bass and bluegill fishing pond, complete with decorative fountains and managed by the Wyoming Game and Fish. Neighborhood families can easily walk to the pond from any location and enjoy an evening of fishing or just watch the ducks and geese.
